Here's a ring size guide that you can use to determine your ring size:

• Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
• Mark the spot where the paper/string overlaps with a pen or marker.
• Measure the length of the paper/string in millimeters (mm) with a ruler.
• Use the following chart to determine your ring size based on the measured length:

size 7	54.4 mm
size 8	57.0 mm
size 9	59.5 mm
size 10	62.1 mm
